By manufacturing these housing units in an efficient, offsite production facility, our modular cells significantly shorten construction schedules and reduce onsite labor demands. These precast units can arrive onsite with preinstalled bunks, toilet/sink combination units, lighting fixtures, mirrors, hangers, security doors, security glazing and interior paint already applied. These units arrive on site, per client spec, and are craned into place. They can even be stacked multiple stories like giant concrete Lego blocks.
